Who we are

Launch My Agents, based at Fluwijn 647, 2693 EA 's-Gravenzande, the Netherlands. We're responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy. Send privacy questions to info@launchmyagents.ai.

What data we process

• Contact details you share yourself. If you send us an email or a WhatsApp message, we receive your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message. We use that information only to get back to you about your question.
• Site-usage statistics (Google Analytics 4). If you accept cookies through the cookie banner, we measure how visitors use this site: which pages get viewed and how visitors arrive. Without your consent, this site places no analytics cookies and we don't recognize you across visits. Google Analytics still loads in the cookieless mode of Consent Mode v2: for every page view, a message goes to Google with general information, such as the page requested, the referring site, your browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use that data only for aggregate site-usage figures.
• Contact form data. If you fill in the contact form on this site, we store your name, email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message, together with the time you submitted the form. We use that data only to answer and follow up on your request. Submissions are stored in a secured database at Supabase, our technical provider for storage. Only we can access them.

What we use that data for

We use contact details to answer your question and to schedule a call if needed. We use statistics to improve the site. We don't sell data and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and your choice

On your first visit, the cookie banner asks for consent for statistics. If you choose "Decline", no analytics cookies are placed and measurement stays limited to the cookieless mode described above. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. To change your choice, delete the cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings. The banner will then appear again.

Retention periods and sharing with third parties

We keep contact messages and contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your question, or for as long as we're in contact. After that, we delete them. If you'd like your submission removed sooner, send a message to info@launchmyagents.ai and we'll take it out of our database. Storage of form submissions runs through Supabase, which acts as our processor for this. Statistics are processed by Google Analytics under that service's standard settings. Outside of Google and Supabase, we don't share your data with other parties unless legally required to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent you previously gave. Send a message to info@launchmyagents.ai to do so. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or our practices change. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 27 July 2026.
