Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and agreements between Launch My Agents and the client.

Services

Launch My Agents provides AI automation, chatbots, websites, and related digital services. The specific services and delivery terms are set out in the quote or agreement for each engagement.

Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Late payment puts the client in default by operation of law.

Sale of digital products

Our ebooks are digital products. You can download them straight after payment, and the same download link is also emailed to you. All prices shown include VAT.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment details.

For a digital product that becomes available immediately, your 14-day right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun. You agree to this explicitly at checkout.

Your download link stays valid for 30 days. If the download fails, contact us and we will make sure you receive the file.

If you have a complaint, send it to info@launchmyagents.ai. We look into every complaint and tell you what we are doing about it.

Liability

Launch My Agents is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in materials developed by Launch My Agents rest with Launch My Agents, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing, subject to a 30-day notice period, unless otherwise agreed.
